Portable Data Collection

RDS has at its disposal the hardware, procedures, and techniques that make possible accurate high-speed, high-volume, portable traffic data collection possible for 48, 72, and 168 hour periods in up to twelve lanes. So, RDS can cost effectively collect traffic volume and classification data, by lane, using automated collection hardware.

Portable Machine Volume & Classification Studies using RoadRAMP multi-axle sensor to provide accurate, by-lane, volume and classification data in more complex studies:

• Accurate Multi-lane Classification Studies in up to 12 Lanes

• By-lane Volume Studies on High Speed, High Volume Roadways

• Studies at Site Locations with Unusually Low Speed / High Congestion

Weigh-in-Motion Studies - Portable WIM studies are performed using the PEEK ADR-1000 WIM System.

Calibration and Evaluation Services for Permanent Systems

RDS performs calibration of permanently installed automated traffic recorders including automated vehicle classification (AVC), speed, and Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) systems, and evaluation, recommendation, and maintenance for all permanently installed automated data recording systems.

MITRON MSC3000 Maintenance/Repair Service *DISCONTINUED*

Maintenance services for the MITRON MSC 3000 model are NO LONGER available through RDS.

As a courtesy, MSC3000 Excel Add-in Version 1.35 (The final version produced by MITRON Systems) is available for download (Requires Excel 2000 or higher) DOWNLOAD NOW. The self extracting zip file includes installation instructions in a MS Word document. This is unsupported software.
